Property Protection Program Pricing
Our program starts out at just 25 dollars per unit, per month. This basic package includes:
Maintenance and liaison during business hours at locked in rate @ 65 dollars per hour (plus truck charge if applicable). With just one phone call we can fix problems, prevent liability, post notices, or meet with tenants on your behalf!
Locked in cleaning rate of 45 dollars an hour.
Free estimates and access to all other services.

Add-ons include:
+30 dollars per unit per month for 24/7 service. (Inspection required ($150)).

Bi-Annual Inspection package (Twice per year): Exterior of building and service room inspections with 2 free filter changes (standard filter, upgrade available), Common area smoke alarm check with individual units upon request), water meter read, leak/hazard/issue reporting.

Change out of existing bulbs to LED
Install of moisture sensing switches in bathrooms
Install of motion sensor switches inside
